Yes, the two hazels look very similar to the lighter two browns, I wanted to see how they’d look with green around the pupil and wound up including both versions in the full swatch so you can choose which you prefer (or use both). I’m pretty happy with the end result!Īs you can see in the swatch, I made 24 colors of these eyes. Then I shoved the resulting irises into a PSD with MSWN’s v3 sclera and a highlighted undertone to give them some added dimension, and a pupil and catchlight I made to give them a nice cartoony feel. I whipped up a photoshop action based on the tutorial and tweaked it a little to give it a softer look (and to skip the lens flare catchlight step). I was toying with the idea of switching eyesets and not really falling in love with any of the sets I tried out, and then I remembered this tutorial and decided to try making some eyes myself.
